Go the Swannies!

After a hard morning's run, a trip to the Swannies with Beardie. What a great way to rest my weary legs - we smashed Essendon by nearly 100 pts!

So, the SMH half marathon is done n dusted. Weeks of training topped off with a 5am wake up on race day. But worth it - a time faster than i'd expected... 2hrs 4 mins or so. A PB in fact! And no injuries, so that's a bonus!
